Standard

Heat oil, fry onions until golden brown, add 1.5 tbsp Kalprishi Biryani masala, and stir-fry for 10 minutes. Add yogurt and water as needed. Cook meat or vegetables until tender. Add tomatoes, stir-fry on high heat until oil separates. In boiling water, add salt and 250 g soaked rice. Boil until 1/4 cooked, then drain. Layer rice and meat curry in a pot. Cover & cook on low until rice is tender (10-15 minutes).
