Perishables (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bread): Inspect at the time of delivery. Any quality issue — return on the spot for a full refund or replacement.

Packaged goods: Returnable within 24 hours if damaged or expired. Carry the original packaging.

Refunds: Processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.
